Peripheral neuropathy is caused by nerve damage along the peripheral nervous system. It can be from traumatic injury, metabolic problems, and sometimes genetics.

Signs of peripheral neuropathy include:

  • Numbness/tingling sensation in feet and hands

  • Heat intolerance

  • Sensitivity to touch
